Attractors for Logo Design

Attractors should be echoing with consumer’s need which is necessary condition of this logo-design. What the disaster’s consumer need? In other words, how can my logo make him realize they need something in order to understand the disaster? Attractors are waking up the desire of needy consumers. They should be echoing with consumer’s understanding. Not too deep, not too shallow….something that grab my attention…
